Weekly Photo Challenge: In the Background
“The places that we pass through day after day, or even once in a lifetime, leave in their small way, echoes and traces of themselves upon us.” I totally agree with that statement. Few months ago, I went to a historic small town called Lasem. It’s known as L’ Petit Chinois or The Little China. This picture was taken when I visited Cu An Kiong temple. I looked around and the little gold colored cauldron was caught my eyes. And.. click! my reflection was on the surface of the cauldron. Look at someone beside me.. She’s my girlfriend. It’s a lovely picture, isn’t it?
Yes, Lasem, in a small way, leaves echoes and traces upon me.
