Weekly Photo Challenge: Fresh
I usually eat a mango just as fruit, no processed into a dish. When I was in Chiang Mai some time ago, it was the first time I tasted mango in a dish as the main ingredient. And it was very tasty and delicious. The mango is very sweet and fresh. Mango Tango, the shop that specialized in mango desserts where I and my friends visited, takes mango into another level. We ordered Mango with Sticky Rice which is the traditional dessert of Thailand, Mango Aloha, mango with coconut milk, and Mango Pudding with slices of fruits. All was delicious. We love it.
